[idea] Split remote SSH configuration from queuing system configuration #89

In the current configuration each user has to define their own queues when connecting to a remote computing cluster. While the ssh key is personal this is typically not the case for the queue configuration, so the configuration has to be split in a user specific part and a user independent part.

Can I separate the remote process interface? The remote interface would support the following features:

It should have the option to start a remote subprocess
Transfer files to remote and back to a local path
It should provide a remote path object to browse the directory structure on a remote system
