Should we rename the repository to just `workshops` ? #7

@srmnitc It seems the link is still working, so we might had this before. If we do not rename it, then at least we should follow the naming scheme of other modules and rename the repository from pyiron_workshops to pyiron-workshops.

Renamed as workshops, sounds better imo.
