SIP Droid disconnects briefly on Wifi when AGPS uses 3G to assist location - Nexus #327

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable GPS if disabled
2. Connect to Wifi
3. Load Maps in different location where you last loaded maps.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As Wifi isn't disconnected, SipDroid shouldn't drop out.  It goes through 
the reconnection process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus One, Android 2.1

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Slingshout iTalk, Unknown

Which type of network are you using?
Wifi

Please provide any additional information below.
This might be a bug in Nexus.
