outbound calling menu call over phone unclear as to how phone call will be routed

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When calling out you are prompted with two options "call out using google
voice" or call out without google voice" 
When sipdroid is running both choices send the call to sipdroid.

I often wish to call out using standard telephone "ie not voip" I am forced
to disable sipdroid to accomplish this.
