What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to make a call from sipdroid interface
2. Trying to make a call from android dialpad interface
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see call placed instead get FC error on process 
org.sipdroid.sipua

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.14 Android 1.5

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Using provider SIP server - works with x-lite softphone client. Never tried 
PBXes

Which type of network are you using?
wireless

Please provide any additional information below.
