Using Nexus ... Can Receive SIP Calls with No Problem , but hear no Dial Tone or Calling Party Voice on any Calls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is constant
2. I installed/uninstalled several times and rebooted .. same
3. I uninstalled other SIP programs e.g. Fring ..  same

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output would be to make calls the same as receiving calls

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.14

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?

I use Gizmo5 ..   PBXes website is way too complicated for me to test
and besides I have credit balance in gizmo5 already

Which type of network are you using?
wifi only

Please provide any additional information below.

In Summmary....

Phone is:   Nexus One .. with latest Android O/S

Network is:  Wifi Only  with TMobile Prepaid card in (that is never used)

SIP Server:  gizmo5 (sipphone.com)

When I originally purchased the Nexus One and installed SIPDroid .. I could
make and receive phone calls.. I admit .. receiving calls was GREAT ...
making calls .. was very very very very choppy .. so I just logged into
Google Voice and started call from there and it worked fine

HOWEVER NOW...

Since 4 days ...   I receive calls with NO problem ... but when I make
calls ... I hear absolutely NOTHING on the phone .... NO DIAL TONE .. NO
VOICE ... NO NOISE ... NOTHING

I have made various changed ...uninstalls.... installs of SIPDroid...
rebooting .. updating records..... uninstalling possible conflicting
programs like Fring or Skype .. with no change

I have NOT restored the phone back tot he original factory settings .. I
was hoping to do that as a LAST effort.

Any Ideas?

Try reverting to sipdroid 1.3.12. I have the same issue on 1.3.13<

I did ... however today (March 9, 2010), a new version became availale ... it 
seems
to have solved most of my previous problems HOWEVER ... making calls OUT .. 
they are
still choppy choppy choppy ...  IN CALLS ... ITS PERFECT .... I wish I knew why 
the
OUT-BOUND CALLS are bad
