[Enhancement] Force Callthrough #375

I think it would be really nice to have an option to force sipdroid to use 
the callthrough number even if a suitable data connection is available.

The rationale for this is: I have a completely free callthrough number and 
voice quality is _always_ better using it. This means I always want to call 
through it when placing outgoing calls.

On the other hand, I also have a SIP number that I want to be always 
reachable at, so sipdroid has to be set to function on all data networks.
