What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make an outgoing call by selecting Sipdroid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected calling type is 'voice only' as default.
Call is not operated as voice only call, call is operated as video call,
get a message telling me that the called person is not reachable via video-call
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
a1.net - did not try it via PBXes
Which type of network are you using?
WLAN

provider is A1 in Austria, service is A1 over IP, works perfectly with
Windows- or MAC- based SIP-clients
