Hi, I have the same problem "No Suitable Data Network available" . I am using
ver
1.6 and T-Mobile G1. My browser can access internet using WiFi. However, my
SIPDroid
and other VOIP applications cannot register to my SIP server. My SIP server is
working properly. Anybody can help?

Same issue using Version 1.4.7 on HTC Eris over 3G. Other SIP programs seem to
work
fine.

Hi i'm having the same problem currently with my Galaxy S 4G. I'm wondering
whether or not it's due to the fact that the phone registers as "4g" and the
program isn't recognizing that as a suitable data network. Thanks.

I am having the same problem. It was working before. Once I upgraded to ICS it
give me the same error message. I changed back to old OS and still nothing
working. Other sip apps work fine.

After much to do, I got Sipdroid up and running. (The combination of Sipdroid,
Google Voice, PBXes & Motorola Milestone X2) Calls were working over WiFi just
great, then changed to making calls over 3G and that worked. Then switched
back to Wifi and that is when the message No Suitable Data Network available"
came up and haven't been able to make a call since.

It looks as if this post has been here a long time. Is this something you all
are going to address?
