What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sound should be played through the internal speaker not external.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
SipDroid 1.4.4 beta
Samsung Galaxy Spica (i5700) - Android 2.1 Eclair

Which SIP server are you using?
Asterisk

Which type of network are you using?
WLAN/3G

i am using sipdroid with spikko and i have an issue with connecting to the 
server via port 5090 i get error 403 while connected through w-LAN and 3g
using android villain 12 
the problem goes away in android 1.5 
is there any patch to fix the problem ?
