SIP URI's not being dial directly

How can I find doubles?

When clicking on issues tab there is a search box. Enter keywords for your
report to find previous ones matching yours.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a SIP URI as described into the "Called Party Address" doesn't 
directly dial the SIP URI but instead goes through the registered SIP 
server.

The call should go from the handset directly to the SIP URI without going 
through the SIP server

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
1.4.5 on HTC magic

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
there should not be a SIP server.

Which type of network are you using?
WLAN
