What we are looking for is the pull request has been opened and linked in the issue. That removes the need for the @pyladies/tech-and-infra-admins to have to do that step. If you can open that PR and link I'd appreciate it!

@reshamas -- Just checked this evening (8/2/2020), and no-one else for NYC has accepted their invites yet.
