Let's discuss the following:

• What kind of data would we like to collect ?
• What data can we get access to ?
• What tools will we use ?
• What will our weekly activities be ?
• What will our monthly activities be ?
• How we will present our work to the community ?
• How often will we collect feedback ?

Well I've been thinking about what kind of work we could do, and some ideas of mine are:

• Research about PyLadies diversity (for example, how many LGBTQ+, people of color, mothers we have on PyLadies community)
• Research about the distribuition of PyLadies socioeconomic status (I think it would be intersting to know if we are reaching different social classes)
