  Neo4j is a widely used database by data scientist and software engineers. This is the annual conference, and we want to ensure a wide user base is aware of and has the opportunity to participate in the conference.

• How will support from the PyLadies enhance the event?

  • NODES 2020 conference is free to all. For Community Sponsors, we are offering free online workshop for Intro to Neo4j
  • community groups will be highlighted and placed on the website under "Community Sponsors"
  • Community Groups have the opportunity to moderate the conference talk, a more engaging way to participate as well as gain visibility for themselves and their group.

Thanks for opening this @reshamas! As we reviewed this at yesterday's global interim meeting (see: https://github.com/pyladies/global-organizing/issues/71 and meeting notes this has been approved. What do you need next from @pyladies/pyladies-global-contributors?

I will reach out to individual active chapters and see who is interested in participating. Goal is to get good involvement and representation from S America, Africa and India.

You should coordinate with the @pyladies/communications team! If you provide the copy that’s the best way to get moving.
