PyLadies Election Policy Language and FAQs #32

This is part of https://github.com/pyladies/global-organizing/issues/58 (Elections Tracking Issue)

We need create PyLadies Election Policies and FAQs. These should include (but might not be limited to):

[x] What to do in the event of a tie.
[x] Who selects applicants for appointment
[x] Who runs/reviews/certifies election results
[x] How an election is certified
[x] How appointed seats will be filled
[x] Eligibility of voters
[x] Eligibility of candidates or appointees
[x] Geographic/country of residence requirements
[x] Election technology
[x] Time period for nomination/running for seat
[x] Time period for election
[ ] Announcement of results

Policy draft is being worked on in a shared google doc, available on the Global Resources G-Drive under the Elections folder.
