Add new images from several chapters #47

@georgically - were these images intended for the Hero slideshow that plays on the homepage? If so, they need to be added to pyladies-elections-website/content/images/hero and linked in pelicanconf.py in the special content HERO section (on or about line 41 in the file). To my knowledge, we are not using the blog section at all for the elections website.

@lorenanicole -- do we want to use the blog section?

@BethanyG I've gathered these quite some time back when @lorenanicole asked for more photos of different chapters . Umm.. I'm not sure if they were meant for the Hero slideshow or other purposes. :P
