PyLadies Global Council Nominations

Some pending/outstanding work and questions:

  1. Should we have this unified form, or do we want two distinct forms?
  2. Will these be translated? If so, what will be the priority of translation?
  3. We'll need to add text to the page(s) linking to this describing the review process and timelines for each type of nomination. Tracker issue | Review Process Outline | Timelines
