Feature Description

In the past we could choose between delta K and delta KL, allowing to have equal magnet strengths in the response. https://indico.cern.ch/event/484296/contributions/2002826/attachments/1215908/1775617/Software_improvments.pdf

At the moment there is only delta K, because KL needs the info about the magnet lengths as well.

[ ] Ask if this needs to be brought back ?
[ ] Implement delta KL
