In PyCQA/astroid#1793, I ran pylint --generate-toml-config but then two pylint tests failed. To get them to pass, I had to add disable = ["bad-builtin", "useless-suppression"].

Bug description
In PyCQA/astroid#1793, I ran
pylint --generate-toml-config
but then two pylint tests failed. To get them to pass, I had to adddisable = ["bad-builtin", "useless-suppression"]
