Change github url from expired webpagefx to new webfx url #148

I changed a github emoji cheat sheet url from 'https://www.webpagefx.com/tools/emoji-cheat-sheet/graphics/emojis/' to 'https://www.webfx.com/assets/emoji-cheat-sheet/img/graphics/emojis/' to fix emoji image fail.
