add transpose-frame as dependency #35

This is necessary so that https://github.com/melpa/melpa/pull/3757 can be merged, which in turn should be merged because there shouldn't be two packages providing the same feature.

As far as Melpa is concerned everything is good after you have done so, but I would still suggest that you put transpose-frame.el into a separate repository. It may be useful to longtime Emacs users, while nu-mode targets only beginners - those libraries should not be in the same repository. I've brought this up before in #34.

transpose frame indeed was added for the reasons you did provide.
