Twiss with initial conditions is not yet implemented in cpymad.

A few commits have improved this matter. The clic model already works with initial conditions. See 2a6a692edf0f5e787984fce17acffb0f3f97383f and a681dd63b5de8a350a504a032e69c0d1a44a919c.
