Integrate modellocator into CpymadService #54

There is no real reason to keep them separate, apart from maybe that this will extend the CpymadService interface, when compared to JpymadService. As the two "backends" grow much more apart anyway (Model classes now have hardly anything left in common), this is not a real reason.

Implemented in fork (model API is completely redesigned)
