Make this repository cpymad-only #65

This is the cpymad part of #30.

I think, it makes sense to use this repository for the new cpymad-only repository since most of the issues are specific to cpymad. I suggest to then renaming the repository to cpymad and adding a pymad repository at the last release, with a comment in the README, referring to the new split repositories.

I am unauthorized to do any administrative work like renaming / adding new repositories in the pymad github organization, so you will have to do this.

I am still working on updating the docs, but this could also be done in separate improvement PRs from the new cpymad master branch, just as well.

Did you have time yet to review the split? If so, do you have concerns?

Otherwise, can you rename this repository to cpymad, create new jpymad and pymad repositories or authorize me to do administrative tasks like this?

Did not yet have time, and going on a weekend trip again now. I will have time to look through next week, and create the new repositories.
