Use wget for downloading MAD-X source on Travis #85

The SVN server ceased to be available at all times recently, which breaks Travis tests.

Ah, yes that's a valid way to change it as well. Reason it crashed is in fact simply a url change (see my other pull request..)

Up to you which you prefer.
