new svn checkout url for madx, updating travis and docs

Great - didn't know about the updated URL. I prefer this solution to #85, since this includes an already updated documentation which is certainly easier than the wget approach. Will you update the AUR package as well?

Yeah I had no idea either until a couple of days ago when I asked Laurent and he figured it out.
