Create page for "Social Media Kit" #101

Can we create a new page for "Social Media Kit"?

We can link to that page from these 2 places:

  1. Community Partners
  2. Contribute / Spread the Word

We can also write that in its own markdown file as bullet points or table or the format we prefer and then use the include directive to add that same content in multiple pages. That way we only write the content once and if it needed updating it can be all updated in a single file but we also reduce friction of having to move around too much inside the website. community partners will have everything available directly in their dedicated page and contributors reading the "share the word" section too

Side note: I don't think it is necessary here, but that would even be compatible with an independent social media kit too (that would be a title and an include directive) that we could link as standalone page or from the right sidebar.
