create new page for translations contributors #184

Will this page be updated automatically once the PR translations are merged? or do the translators have to update this page?

I would make sure translators themselves don't need to do it (otherwise the not needing a github account is a bit disingeneous, kind of "you'll only get credit if you do have a github account). I am not sure doing it automatically is possible though. Some other alternatives could be linking to the transifex team or adding translators ourselves
