notebook tag: remove unneeded data tag of CO2 for Gaussian Process (GP) example #442

Issue description

This notebook has a tag for "CO2" which is the dataset used. Not sure why dataset is a tag here.

There is a "radon" example which doesn't have a tag. Same for "airline passenger data", etc.
