Add template NB #443

There are quite a few things that have to be present in a NB, we should have a template NB that has all of them.

Would presumably have to be stored in a location such that it's not treated as an actual notebook and thus rendered on the site.

We can also exclude specific files from the website if having the template inside the examples folder is the best option.
