DOC (Wiki): Include a "Resources" section and link to playlist

Issue with current documentation:

On the Wiki page: https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc/wiki/GSoC-2023-projects (which I don't think I have edit rights), should we include a link to the playlist of videos?

We have compiled a list of resources which are very useful to both new and returning contributors of open source. Topics include: PyMC, open source etiquette, testing, continuous integration, proposals, shared experiences in OS and more.

I think it would be a great idea to add these resources on the wiki page we can add a resources section and also if possible we can add some helpful resources related to the projects in the projects section. @ricardoV94 please look into it if you find it useful to do so.
