Two paragraphs of text were being rendered as math in the docs, but this commit fixes them to be treated properly as text. The bug can be seen at http://pymc-devs.github.io/pymc/theory.html in the jargon-busting section.
No content changes. No formatting changes except in jargon-busting section. All the rest is just whitespace cleanup on empty lines.
