Make left/right navigation widget consistent with the top menu. #22

This PR

  1. Adds pagination to the footer and make it consistent with the top menu.
  2. removes the scroll to the top button.
  3. adds a hover effect to footer social icons.
  4. changes some page title.
  5. removes the sponsors.md file since we don't need it anymore.
