@cluhmann Added some more changes to make the site a bit more readable and consistent. Feel free to review, or we can merge and fix up any issues later

This looks good to me. @OriolAbril if you have comments, please leave them. But I am going to merge so that the CFP is consistent with the submission form (which is currently open).
