Update date of Bill's and Sandra's synchronous events #98

Moving Bill's synchronous sub-event to March 15th. I think this is the only place on the website with dates. If there are others, let me know.

Oh. And I supposed Sandra's event details need to be changed too.

Yes it does though we won't be able to update until you and Sandra nail down the date. I think youre close though seeing the slack conversations.

Aside from adding a discourse link this LGTM
