Cutome search template not saving #11038

Describe the bug When trying to add a custom search template it is never saved

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Show
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Click on Search Templates
  4. Scroll down to Custom Templates
  5. Create a custom search template e.g %RG %Q.N %0E
  6. Click add exception

Expected behavior For the custom template to be saved and used and persisting after refresh

In Pymedusa Logs the search query don't respect the custom search templates format who has been set. ex : %SN.%E.N in setting -> in the log medusa always add the S%0SE%0E string who isn't desired format to match with provider releases Is a way to force medusa to stricly respect the setting in custom search templates? and send the desired querys to search providers? Thanks

Same issue here, it's always searching for a string I didn't enter. It never saves the custom template. Sadly unusable for me at this point cause it finds nothing in Dutch.

Custom template needs to search for: Vandaag Inside - S03E45 But instead searches for: Vandaag Inside - S03E45 - Episode 45, and I can't remove Episode 45 at the end.

Please please fix this
