Adding new show, Medusa unable to find it #4942

Describe the bug I am trying to add a show called "Movies with Ali Plumb", I see it listed on Usenet as "Movies.with.Ali.Plumb.2018" so I have added that as an exception, I even added just "Movies", still Medusa claims it cannot find the show. I added it as "Movies with Ali Plumb".

You need to post debug logs.

Set logging to debug in config - general - advanced settings.

Then restart.

Reproduce the issue and ge the settings from medusa ui, or data dir/Logs/application.log

I suspect the issue is in the season 2018. But your also cutting your logs to soon. It is getting a result from geek. But possibly its having issue parsing it by guessit.

I've already downloaded episodes from season 2017 an 2018, I've named my season folders Season 2017 and Season 2018, Medusa still does not recognize that they are there.

You didnt copy all of the logs. Your missing the part where its parsing the collected results.
