not sure if they are having issues or they have revoked everyone's api access?

i cannot even add new shows using tvdb indexer now...

All good here. They are probably blocking you because of the many requests. TheTVDB is a free service, avoid abusing it. If it is not working, just wait or use a different indexer.

Plex has also having issues with their proxy. The last few nights I’ve been unable to add shows to plex as their indexer just timesout.

This is possibly what you’re hitting.
