I may be able to handle this with the card/primitive transition scripts, need 
to 
check whether I can prune the respective data out of my sources though.

Checked: I have the data available, I just need to finish my scripts so that 
they 
can use it. Afterwards, this issue should have solved itself.

Yes. I haven't checked the cards in question manually, but I did make sure that 
the
number of cards (including reprints) is exactly what it should be. So unless we
somehow managed to introduce exactly as many "doubles" as "missing" cards, there
shouldn't be any cards missing anymore. Closing this issue now.
