Add RTU framer to message.
copy all known tests to message (Try to make common test for all framers).
Solution to get all legal function codes in framer ?
Allow first message in socket framer to be garble (unknown function codes)
Server listening to broadcast slave id, cannot be used on multi-drop lines (RTU-framer)
