• Clean up stdlib
  • Val-rdy stream components are now under stdlib.stream
  • Remove many of the CL/FL components; default to RTL
  • Port examples (checksum, proc, proc-xcel) to the new stdlib

Closing this because we now stage all 4.0 changes in the branch pp482-ece4750-2022-changes. We might still need to keep updating ece4750-2022 in case any fixes are necessary, but it should largely stay the same.
