Update links in Read the Docs #89

Make sure that links to examples in Read the Docs won't get broken during and after the restructuring process.

As far as I can see, this can only be successful if you scan the docs folder of PyMuPDF repo for any reference to the old name.

Wow - great list ... and frightening! All of these must therefore be changed - in the corresponding source file .rst for each .html. This PR should be directed to Jamie Lemon, who owns the documentation.
