When write_images=True, the resulting Markdown text doesn't have references to the images. #131

This is the best PDF to Markdown converter there is!

I noticed a reference to exported images having a reference in the Markdown but I can't figure a way to make that happen. I like the ability have clean text but I would also like the ability to have a reference in the document for various types of post-processing. Ideally an option that would create an image reference so the resulting markdown can render fully with images.
