Clean up unused branches #163

Since we have a lot of branches, which either have been merged or will not be merged but are still in the main repo, we should delete the ones which we do not need anymore.

I'd suggest to delete the following branches:

byteMzml
docu_fix
fix_url
hotfix/centroiding
id_dict
patch-1
plot_v2.0 -revert-40-plot_v2.0
update_readme
fix/#132
fix/#102
fix/#103
fix_#121
fix_#92
fix_100

All obsolete branches should be deleted now :)
