First time I do this process, so I hope everything is correctly done. I have mostly reorganised the files in folders such that the distinction between low-level tools and top level managers is clearer. If you don't like this, please tell me.
Furthermore, I cleaned a lot of unused import statements and added quick documentation for the different namespaces.
Further plan is to continue breaking the longest files in smaller logical blocks to finish the overall organisation.
