replace fast builds with conda #13

This replaces the current fast build with conda. It has some MOAB errors on macs which I've opened an upstream bug report for. https://bitbucket.org/fathomteam/moab/issue/9/notsupportederror-reslient-iterators-not

it now also replaces nightlies since all tests pass on mac

@crbates, would you like to stop/restart the nightlies?

@scopatz, would you like to start/restart polyphemus?

In both cases, would you mind adding the steps you go through to a readme?

@gidden you don't need to restart polyphemus for changes in the CI repo to take effect.

Ah, gotcha. IIRC, ciclus had to at some point, which is why I wanted to check.
