Added support for setdirection #6

Added setdirection method to the libpcap wrapper
compiled using the latest cython version. Support for python older 2.6 is lost but the new version is supposedly supported by python 3 and has a much better exception handling.

Tested it on OSX 10.9.4 and it works as expected. Thanks!
