Nice idea, but... #1

Lots of '$' in script, doesn't run in python... based on reference to 'NULL', rather than 'None', looks like you've got some R code mixed up in the .py? Or am I missing a package?

This is an idea. Not a finished module. Those are R code for the same purpose that I intend to use for testing. Unfortunately I do not have time to get back to this project right now.
