More work on the release announcement. I still need to add a section on JS API / FFI changes and re-read everything tomorrow (and see if I missed anything major from the changelog). It's not obvious to make a somewhat coherent story from various changelog entries :) If anyone has a chance to either re-reread or add more things that would be appreciated. The planned publication time is tomorrow around 2PM UTC.

I modified the standard library part a bit (removed some internal details about preload plugins), and added a section about SDL.
