fix (STD_ROADMARK_SOLID): return solid instead of broken #212

Added deprecation warning for STDROADMARK, since only the functions stdroadmark will be supported. This is necessary since roadmarks should be used as unique objects, since they are adjusted differently on different roads/lanes.
